Property Management Division
The Housing Property Management Division is responsible for facilitating and maximizing a high percentage of occupancy rates of available units, accomplishing this through efficient sell processes that are tailored to meet the needs of the residents of the NSB. Property Management also leads efforts with new builds within the NSB to ensure efficiencies and cost-cutting techniques are established.
The Property Management Division manages and maintains five 12-plex apartment buildings in Utqiagvik, as well as 5 multi-unit apartment complexes in the communities of Anaktuvuk Pass, Atqasuk, Nuiqsut, Point Hope, and Point Lay. The development of new multi-unit complexes for the communities of Kaktovik and Wainwright is in the planning stage.
