Emergency Case Management Shelter:
The Emergency Case Management Shelter (ECMS) is a case management program for adults [18 years of age and older] experiencing homelessness. ECMS offers a warm, safe, therapeutic environment. Along with shelter, we provide counseling and vocational support to address the challenges they may face on their path to permanent stability. The staff works closely with each individual, connecting them to resources to gain self-sufficiency and secure housing.
Working with a Client Advocate is required, an advocate is assigned to each client within five days of arrival to the Shelter. The Program Coordinator will work with the client to develop a case plan that identifies and addresses barriers to solidify permanent, stable housing.
