The Land Services Division manages commercial real estate parcels that have been processed and turned over for borough ownership. This Division takes the lead in managing these and other designated real estate assets of the borough. Currently, there are 58 commercial land leases that are being managed by the Division in Deadhorse with anticipated revenue of greater than $4 million for FY 2024/25.
