General information
The Housing Department is located in the Public Works building in Utqiaġvik. Our Department is organized into three Divisions: Upgrades, Property Management, and Housing Development.
Housing offers the following services:
- General housing repairs: This service focuses on home issues which may affect the health and safety of occupants. This is offered as a public service, low-income and vulnerable populations are prioritized. Approval is subject to a case-by-case review of the request.
