Emergency Shelter:

The Emergency Shelter is a case management program for adults [18 years of age and older] experiencing homelessness. Emergency Shelter staff work with individuals to address challenges they face on their path to permanent stability. The goal of the Emergency Shelter is to connect clients to resources, gain self-sufficiency, and find a place to call home.

Working with a Case Manager is required for all clients. A case manager is assigned to a client within five days of arrival to the Shelter.  The client should meet with them as soon as possible. The Program Coordinator will work with the client to develop a case plan that will identify any barriers to permanent, stable housing that the client may be experiencing.
